Gina J. Beltramo
Gina’s practice includes handling complex tort, insurance and business litigation in both the state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on aviation, products liability, premises liability, transportation and trucking and personal injury. She also regularly handles a wide variety of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith matters, including suspected fraudulent insurance claims. She has experience in all phases of pre-trial litigation including the handling of contentious discovery issues, dispositive motions and presenting and preparing witnesses for deposition.
Before joining Coddington, Hicks & Danforth, Gina worked mainly in the public interest sector. She represented children in the foster care system in Chicago, ensuring that all parties involved complied with child welfare laws. She also provided legal assistance to Bay Area counties responding to issues of homelessness through her grant writing and project development.
Gina’s legal experience has given her the opportunity to speak and teach others on the importance of client relationships and understanding the undercurrent of every case.
