Alisha's practice is concentrated in the areas of aviation, insurance coverage and bad faith, and personal injury. She also has experience in business law and litigation, and has helped individuals and companies resolve their disputes both before and during the litigation process.
Alisha has experience in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions and trial preparation. She is an effective negotiator and has solved numerous cases for her clients on favorable terms. She also has excellent legal research and writing skills.
While at Stanford University, Alisha devoted her time to pro bono projects in the local community as well as the Stanford Mock Trial Team, of which she was Vice President. In competitions, she was honored with the "Best Advocate" award.
Drawing on her experience in the field of criminal law, Alisha conducted a jury trial during law school in the Alameda County Superior Court.
