Alisha A. Beltramo

Alisha A. Beltramo is an associate whose practice is concentrated in the areas of aviation law and insurance bad faith disputes. She also has experience in personal injury and business litigation. Ms. Beltramo has experience in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions and trial preparation. Additionally, drawing on her experience in the field of criminal law, Ms. Beltramo conducted a jury trial in the Alameda County Superior Court.

Ms. Beltramo received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005. She received her Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School in 2009, graduating with honors. While at Stanford Ms. Beltramo devoted her time to pro bono projects in the local community as well as the Stanford Mock Trial Team, of which she was Vice President. In competitions, Ms. Beltramo was honored with the “Best Advocate” award.

Ms. Beltramo was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
