Lisa A. Costello is an associate attorney whose practice focuses primarily upon sophisticated commercial liability and products liability. In particular, Ms. Costello has represented a variety of amusement theme parks in these areas of the law. This representation has given her a significant array of experience in the law of sophisticated commercial premises liability, products liability, and common carrier liability in the context of large scale amusement parks.

Ms. Costello has handled many complex matters, including prominent and highly publicized wrongful death actions, product cases involving technical and unique structures, and privacy and constitutional issues. She also has experience in all phases of litigation, including trial and appellate matters. Ms. Costello is admitted to practice in the States of California and Nevada as well as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Her array of jurisdictional practice allows the firm flexibility in its multi-state representation.

Ms. Costello received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the New England School of Law in Boston. While in law school, Ms. Costello served as Senior Technical Coordinating Editor for the New England Law Review. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Mateo County Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
