Sarvenaz (Nazy) J. Fahimi is an associate attorney whose practice is concentrated in the areas of insurance litigation, aviation litigation, and business litigation. Prior to joining Coddington, Hicks and Danforth, Ms. Fahimi practiced as an associate attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where her practice concentrated on commercial litigation, including antitrust and trademark disputes.

In addition to her background in transactional and business litigation, Ms. Fahimi has particular experience in matters involving insurance bad faith.  She has participated in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, and she has prevailed upon an array of significant dispositive motions in insurance litigation.

Ms. Fahimi received her Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology/law and history from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1998. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School in 2001. In law school, Ms. Fahimi served as a Member and then a Note and Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review. In 2000, her article, entitled "Juror Bias in Wisconsin: How to Lessen the Confusion," was published in The Marquette Law Review. Ms. Fahimi received CALI Awards for Excellence in Constitutional Law II and Conflicts of Law. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society.

Ms. Fahimi was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2001, the State Bar of Minnesota in 2001 and the State Bar of California in 2003.
