Sungjee Lee is an associate attorney whose practice is concentrated in the area of insurance-related litigation, including bad faith litigation and insurance coverage matters. Prior to joining Coddington, Hicks & Danforth, Ms. Lee’s practice included construction defect, mold, commercial business and personal injury litigation. Ms. Lee has experience in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions and trial preparation.

Ms. Lee received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006, where she was honored with the Warren Family Endowment Scholarship for her academic achievements and efforts in diversity. While in law school, Ms. Lee was also a full-time extern for the Honorable Gregory Alarcon, Judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles. Ms. Lee received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley in 1999.

Ms. Lee is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the federal district courts of Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California.
