Margaret M. Lesniak

Margaret M. Lesniak is an associate attorney who practices in the areas of tort defense, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation. Before joining Coddington, Hicks & Danforth, Ms. Lesniak’s practice included the defense of personal injury, landlord-tenant and civil rights actions.

Ms. Lesniak earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from New York University in New York, New York in 1993. She received her Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 1997.

While attending law school, Ms. Lesniak served as an intern for the New York City Department of Housing and Preservation and the National Labor Relations Board. She also clerked for the Department of Justice’s Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Ms. Lesniak was admitted to The State Bar of California in 2002. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association.

Ms. Lesniak was born in Poland and has dual Polish-American citizenship.
