Christiane Sinclair is an associate attorney whose practice is concentrated in the area of tort litigation and insurance-related matters, including insurance bad faith litigation. She also has experience in complex commercial litigation, including construction and mold litigation. In addition, Ms. Sinclair has assisted governmental entities in complying with land use and zoning requirements.

Ms. Sinclair is responsible for all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, law and motion practice, and preparation of dispositive pleadings. She also assists with the preparation of seminars and presentations to clients on various areas of the law, including insurance coverage matters, insurance bad faith and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Sinclair received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis in 1995 in Environmental Biology and Management. She received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1998.
