Cassandra represents clients in catastrophic injury, real estate, and insurance law cases.
Prior to joining CHD, Cassandra defended insureds and licensed professionals in business, construction, real property, and estate planning matters.
Cassandra earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she clerked for the Probate Court, Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara under the late Honorable Thomas Wm. Cain. Cassandra graduated with a Pro Bono Recognition Award for her consumer protection work in anti-predatory lending with a community legal services organization. Cassandra attained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Minor Degrees in Anthropology and Business from the University of Florida.
Cassandra is admitted to practice in California, as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Cassandra speaks at various venues on different subject matters and facilitates educational presentations for several professional organizations.
