Justin is an associate at Coddington, Hicks & Danforth who works on matters across the firm’s practice areas. His focuses include insurance bad faith, litigation, and regulatory compliance matters.
During law school, Justin worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Vanessa A. Zecher of the Santa Clara County Superior Court. He also worked at an Oakland law firm specializing in insurance defense and coverage matters and with the in-house privacy compliance teams at McAfee and Spirion.
Justin earned his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. While there, he participated in the Galloway Moot Competition in his first year and he was a Semi-Finalist. In his second year, Justin participated in the Honors Moot Court Internal Competition and was awarded Second Best Team Overall. Justin was an associate for the High Tech Law Journal and received a CALI award in California Civil Procedure. Justin also devoted considerable time helping student organizations designed to combat food insecurity at Santa Clara Law.
Justin gained experience with regulatory compliance issues as a result of his subject matter expertise in the area of data privacy. He completed Santa Clara Law’s Privacy Certificate, with honors, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, CIPP/US.
