Linda is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Redwood City office. She has extensive experience in managing all phases of civil litigation, from pre-litigation claims through trial. Her diverse practice includes defending clients in state and federal court in professional liability, products liability, habitability matters, premises liability, construction defect, catastrophic vehicular accidents, and class action data breach suits.
Linda earned her J.D. from University of California College of Law, San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings College of the Law), and her B.A. from Yale University. While a law student, Linda served as an executive editor of the U.C. Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. She also served as the president of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation. She has been committed to social justice issues since high school and continues to advocate for under-served communities. While working in private practice, she also volunteers her time to serve as pro bono counsel with the Justice and Diversity Center. For her volunteer work in 2022, she was the recipient of the “Outstanding Volunteers in Public Service Award.” In addition, for several years, Linda has served as an attorney scorer for the Contra Costa County High School Mock Trial Competition.
When Linda is away from the office, she enjoys traveling domestically and internationally with her family and exploring cultures through culinary adventures. She has explored 25 states and three continents covering over 15 countries. She is an avid runner having completed two marathons, 5 half marathons and numerous 5 and 10ks.
