In addition to her role as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, Min’s practice encompasses a wide spectrum of contract and legal document analysis, advice, negotiations, disputes; regulatory/compliance; risk management and advice; business litigation; insurance; appellate; aviation; cannabis; e-commerce; data privacy and information security; class action; transportation/trucking; transportation network companies; licensing; marketing and administrative law matters. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day and long-term advice and counsel; critical analyses that facilitate early forecasting of issues; providing solutions for a wide spectrum of legal matters that span across state borders; developing creative legal theories and work product; conducting strategic negotiations; overseeing complex litigation; and managing people and teams while also handling business development, operations and financial matters. She also has particular expertise in the management and litigation of complex toxic tort lawsuits. Additionally, Min is CIPP/US certified.
