In addition to her role as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, Min’s practice encompasses a wide spectrum of business litigation, regulatory/compliance, insurance, appellate, cannabis, e-commerce, privacy and administrative law matters. She also has particular expertise in the management and litigation of complex toxic tort lawsuits. Additionally, Min is CIPP/US certified.
Min represents a broad range of clients from large-scale national corporations, to small local businesses, to private individuals. With her considerable experience, Min has developed a unique ability to obtain positive results for her clients through sophisticated evaluation of complex issues and risks, skilled legal analyses and creative solutions. She has a proven record of securing early dismissals, successful resolutions, and favorable appellate and dispositive rulings. Min works closely with her clients to develop cost-effective and innovative strategies to best serve the client’s goals and interests.
She also champions diversity and inclusion in and on behalf of the firm, and is Co-President of the Korean American Bar Association of Washington, Co-Chair of the Joint Asian Judicial Evaluations Committee and legal advisor to the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Seattle.
