Rebecca has been a litigator since the start of her career nearly two decades ago. Her practice focuses primarily on handling bad faith, insurance coverage, catastrophic injury, and real estate matters. She has also successfully handled various appeals in the areas of bad faith litigation and insurance coverage. She represents individuals, insurance carriers, and both large and small companies. Rebecca’s pragmatic approach to handling cases, as well as her experience and knowledge has given her the ability to resolve numerous cases effectively and early on for her clients. She has litigated cases in both state and federal court.
Rebecca successfully prosecuted a real estate breach of contract matter involving complex legal questions about foreign investments which resulted in a judgment against the defendants.
Prior to joining Coddington, Hicks & Danforth, Rebecca worked at a Sunnyvale law firm that primarily specialized in construction litigation and real estate. She has represented developers, general contractors and individuals in multi-million dollar actions.
During her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. She also loves watching her kids play sports and attending Bay Area sporting events.
